These terms apply to bookings made on this website for the apartments managed by Pietro Amorelli in Bologna, Italy. By booking you accept them.
The apartments
- Suite Righi 28, Via Augusto Righi 28, Bologna. Up to 2 guests. CIN: IT037006C247VHY9PO.
- Maison Milazzo 32, Via Milazzo 32, Bologna. Up to 6 guests. CIN: IT037006C28RT73P7R. There is no elevator: the building is listed and protected for its architectural and historical interest.
Booking and payment
- Prices are in euro and the total is shown before you pay.
- The full amount is paid online by card at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; card details are never stored on this website.
- The booking is confirmed once the payment is received. You will get a confirmation email.
- Stays are from 2 to 9 nights.
Cancellation
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not refunded.
City tax
The Bologna city tax of €6.50 per person per night is not included in the price and is paid on arrival.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Italian law requires hosts to register every guest with the authorities, so all guests must show a valid identity document at check-in.
House rules
- No smoking, no pets and no parties.
- Children are welcome.
- The number of guests cannot exceed the maximum shown for each apartment.
